Privacy notice

This notice explains how GRAD Consulting LLP handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

The details you submit through the contact form: name, email, and optionally your company, phone number and message. If you opt in, we also use your email to send occasional insights. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

Bookings and questions through the chat

When you request a consultation or send a question through the chat on this website, we collect your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, preferred meeting time and message, to arrange the meeting or reply.

Job applications

When you apply for a role, we collect the details in the application form, your CV and, if we invite you, your answers to our online screening test. We use them only to assess your application. They are stored with our database provider in India and are seen only by the people involved in hiring. We keep them for 12 months from the date you apply and then delete them automatically, or earlier if you ask.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to send insights you asked for, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell personal data.

Please do not send

Financial statements, identity numbers or other confidential records through this website. If we work together, we will agree a secure way to share information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for emails, by writing to hello@gradllp.com.
